Edificio Madero Center
123,000 sq.m. Madero Center Venture. Located on Puerto Madero Dock IV, this is a construction of 4 buildings: three are residential buildings with 207 housing units ranging from 107 sq.m. to 690 sq.m., and the fourth is an office building with 46 office suites; each building consists of 1st floor; stories 2 through 7 are standard floors, and the 8th and 9th floors are duplex apartments. Retail spaces are located on the ground floor, on the Pierina Dealessi, Trinidad Guevara and Macacha Güemes streets. There are parking spaces and storage rooms distributed in three below-grade levels. There are also 3,600 sq.m. of amenities, and state-of-the-art equipment..
